~Bob:After waiting for about ** minutes, (listening to advertisements), i was helped by customer service (thank you for posting the number,because the pre-paid phone card had absolutely no number to call other than the automatic-machine to add time). The problem was that Verizon didn't make clear those phone cards with the plan listed on them, were only for certain phones, so I had to add more money to get the plan I needed. They also don't make finding a customer service number easy. However, once I got the number here, they did help me. Thank you.
