The window Verizon gives is *am - *pm each day. This is a reoccuring problem (* times in the past * years) and happens to my neighbors as well. What other industry gives such terrible service? Verizon gives no reason for the no show and takes no responsibility. After each of these episodes, I have to call billing to get my bill prorated for the time that the phone was down.
