~Skip：Was able to make contact with Summer, who was in the Phillipines. I wanted instructions as to how to change a Speed Dial number on our land line. She gave instructions that I had already tried and didn't work. She said that she would transfer me to the Technical Support Group but couldn't because I was not the listed account owner. In order to transfer me I had to provide specific security information. After arguing with Summer she finally transferred me. It took * minutes to transfer me! Jamal suggested the same *** and i told him it didn't work. He then changed the Speed dial set-up for me from his end and asked if I was trying to do this on a cordless phone or a corded phone. I said cordless. He said try a corded phone. I did and it worked!! Thank you Jamal! Jamal's service and communications excellent. Summer's service and communications was horrible!
