GetHuman-14164:The lady was helpful, said she was going to transfer me. Instead it went back to another representative. The second lady was harder to understand but she lowered my payments. She then transferred me to tech to see if they can help about the horrible internet speed (paying for high speed, can only check email, can't stream). He was really hard to understand, but helpful.
