So I waited ** min to find out about that (copper dept) Then I waited another ** min to actually talk to the right guy. Sound chopping in and out so you hear every other word or parts of words and try to figure out what the other person is trying to say. The guy finally checked the line and called back to say everything looked fine to him on our end so we'll see if it stops doing this once in a while like it has?
