Using THIS method to get a human, got slightly different prompts and a person in not too long a wait (not *min, but not **min). Fortunately, they say they see where my discount is in the system, BUT unfortunately their written estimate to me doesn't show it and they can't send that to me in writing ("that's in a different system").
