Not to mention spending hours on an overseas call, even if it were possible. **Very poorly thought out! VRBO cannot you send texts to my email address rather than to a cell phone. They claim email is not secure (and text messaging is??). I may have to consider quitting VRBO over this poorly executed scheme.
