~Lynne P. White:the manager Sam *** was VERY CURT & RUDE!!! as if i was STUPID enough to call in for a TV i'd purchased out of warranty a demand of a product that doesn't work? REALLY? I did purchase the TV from Sam's Club this March or April, i DO have my receipt, i was told to send in the original receipt, who does that, i'll send in the COPY! hopefully get a new remote, and then be FOREVER DONE WITH VIZIO!!! THE MOST RUDE SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
