This first time although the person I spoke to tried very hard to help me was totally unaware of what to do, she could not get a supervisor and after **-** min I thank her & explained I had to get off the phone. The woman I spoke to this time suggested that the cable co - bright house, is sending me a zoomed signal. So I will call them.
