~bman:before my call was transferred to an agent, I had to first listen to an audio advertisement about credit cards thru UPROMISE, but once I got to agent, she was helpful. It was a little difficult to understand some of what she said, but we managed. This is my SECOND request for a copy of a check which UPROMISE says was already cashed. Hopefully UPROMISE will complete this request this second time -- they did not do so the first time.
