~Irish girl:Transferred several times before I finally was able to talk with someone who was very helpful. UHC called me every day but never left a message. The UHC told me that was not even their number but probably someone trying to sell me additional options. It is very misleading to have UHC on the CID and be told they are not really UHC. Good thing I did NOT give any private information. I had been called everyday for a week at least twice*day but no one left a message. With all the changes, I was worried about the new plan, that maybe something was wrong, or that I did not complete everything as I should have. Completely nerve wracking.
