GetHuman-141535:First experience horrendous. Customer Service Rep. did acknowledge January payment was posted and to disregard bill just received (*nd one). When I asked for some accountability as to the slow posting she gave none, not even an apology. Because of the slow posting we received two subsequent bills, one of which we paid. So as of now * more months have been paid, I asked that she note that -- she was uncooperative and ended up hanging up on me.
