~BRADENM：Native English speaker. The main item from my order($** makeup case) was not included even though it showed shipped. At first she said she would have someone review and that person would call me in ** hrs to let me know what they would do, but then I said I needed it for a birthday she said she'd have it sent out immediately. I also pointed out the box that sent the eye shadows I also purchased was a quarter of the size the makeup case is supposed to be, and there's no way it could have been included. Customer service wasn't impressive, but they got the job done AND I could understand her.
