I ordered a card online and sent it to the wrong email. * letter off, I figured they could have easily cancelled the card and re-sent a new one out. The email address isn't even valid. If it had rejected, it shouldn't take over ** minutes to see if the card was redeemed. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy online from Ulta again.
