~me:After ** days my package did not arrive. I called ULTA and they advised that there was nothing that they could do until the package was returned to their warehouse (which was not guaranteed). When the package was ultimately returned to their warehouse (some * weeks later), ULTA did NOT notify me as such and refused to immediately issue me a refund. I was advised that I would have to wait ** days for the "return" to be processed and a refund issued. I had to call American Express to have them stop payment on the charge. NEVER AGAIN!
