~Anonymous:It was impossible to get through to them on their "support" site, couldn't login, couldn't create new account. Just plain couldn't contact them 'til I found this number. I called it and listened to the canned message about their hacking incident (which told to go to the site I couldn't log into (big help, that)) then I remembered to hit * and got through to a human being in less than a minute who was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. * thumbs up for the CSR, * thumbs down for their support site.
