GetHuman-mchlbib2:I have had miserable experience with Uber. The lack of directions is one of the causes. I had provided my pick-up location and I think that when I was somewhat late walking from my company location to the pick-up location the Uber driver had already left or failed to arrive on time. At that time I did not know that when I give my destination location to Uber then when I seek additional pick-ups, hopefully at least one that worked I was not picked up. Unlike many cab companies, no one from Uber called me to let me know what to expect and how I can help make my interaction with Uber successful.
