~Tahoe411:I was rear ended by a driver who was insured by USAA called Monday to make a claim was told by rep they would call me back the same day after contacting their insured. On Friday after still waiting for rep to contact me back I contacted the insured. After a whole five days I was told they couldn't contact their insured to varify the accident. I asked what happens if they are unable to contact their insured was told by rep she guess they would go by the police report which clearly states I was rear ended by the driver who admitted that it was his fault. Shame on you USAA.
