~Quixotic Customer: Please read all of this (it's important) Firstly, *-*-*-* will work* make sure to time it right in regards to responses (as of ********). Despite the automated system's claims of "high call volume, so delays will be very long", this will get you through nearly immediately (that's just them trying to discourage you from calling and trying to justify very few reps being assigned to non-profitable things like customer support). When you get there, you will barely be able to understand the person as the call center is in India (by the representative's own acknowledgement). Demand immediately to speak to a supervisor, regarding the poor experience you had to reach a live person. If we don't express our dissatisfaction with the service, then nothing will change. Plus, as an added benefit, you should be able to much more clearly understand the supervisor. After expressing your concerns about the unpleasant experience, the supervisor can handle your primary reason for calling, too, probably in
