The first* was queued on my cell phone for almost ** mins without any answer while the second* was queued on my husband's phone for almost ** mins--nothing. *I was hugely pissed at this point, hung up my husband's line and tried the third* (still no answer on the *****). *As soon as I got passed the last prompt, the line started to ring. It may have been a total coincidence, but I literally connected to a rep instantly. I immediately thanked her for being so prompt and picking up the phone for me.*She was so polite and made sure to take my info in the even that I was disconnected...wish I got her name because overall, the USPS service ***** and they should be handing this person a promotion stat!*The csrep's service deserved * stars, but she couldn't do much bc of the usps lack of accountability*quality control.
