~JayteeStarr:First attempt at getting to an operator using words was a bust. The system hung up on me. The method described above work, but there are two important notes. First, the press * repeatedly bit took * presses before she offered the privacy statement. The second notes is when she offers the privacy statement, SAY "NO." Button presses result in a hang up at that point, so be attentive. The customer service rep was completely unhelpful and offered nothing besides a "no" answer. No alternatives, consolations, or attempts at amends. All together a terrible experience.
