GetHuman-203354:We consistently have substandard performance from UPS in our area. Today's contact with their customer service was no exception. I contacted their customer service on * different occasions today to attempt to locate a package that was not delivered when promised. In all three cases, none of the customer service personnel had even a clue about what they were talking about. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor but was told I could not speak to one. I finally insisted on it and was finally connected with one. She wasn't any more helpful than the * previous customer service personnel. I have finally reached the point where UPS service is so consistently substandard that I will not make any purchases from vendors such as Amazon, Best Buy, etc. unless they can assure me UP FRONT that my parcel will NOT be shipped by UPS.
