Told them my wife was behind the door "waiting" (this wasn't the *st time * this * occur)& when she opened the door & called out to the guy,"Y didn't U knock" he kept walking & ignored her. Shortly thereafter I got a callback from wherever this driver was out of & I explained the poor service (I was told drivers R REQUIRED to knock or ring the doorbell). Party said the driver's supervisor was standing next * him as we spoke. He asked that I not put the security video on Utube & they would talk * the driver. We'll see what happens as I have another package coming in tomorrow.
