~Anon:To try to change a delivery i was told by the computer pages to become a 'mychoice' member. I did this but then found that I couldn't make a change until I'd entered an 'activation code' (mailed in *-* days). As the delivery date was * day away (I wanted to change this to * days away) I wouldn't be able to change it in time. After failing to find any meaningful way to change the date via my pc I used your number and spoke to a human (?) who told me that the delivery date couldn't be changed until after a *st delivery had failed. No one further up the command chain was available to complain to or get any action. Would I ever choose to use UPS? - NO! Would I want to shop with anyone who used them? - only as a last resort.
