Some of the worst communication skills! *The young lady that helped me over the phone was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. *Will not recommend UPS Freight to anyone I know as a frequent amount of customers I know do not experience the service promised by UPS. One main problem is that none of the shipments ever go out on time as scheduled so by the customer.
