Waited nearly ** min, (waited over an hour and gave up last time) I gave the rep my order number, was immediatley put on hold because 'Sheniqua' had to "research" my order? Waited for another *-* min before the line suddenly disconnected!! I can see why so many U.S. companies outsource their customer service call centers Overseas. I for one, would much rather deal with the minor frustration of trying to decipher what is being said due to a CS rep's thick accent any day. Opposed to having to put up with some lazy, incompetent, gum smacking Sheniqua type ***** who is "working" in the Ugg Australia call center. Truly an disgraceful!
