~Espi:The Good: Once I finally got someone to answer the phone, the representative couldn't have been more helpful or polite. She spoke excellent English, but with a strong accent that was a little hard to understand for someone with bad hearing like myself. She not only answered my question (Lost reservation number), but without prompting she sent me a new copy of the e-ticket I had accidentally deleted, and even chose my seats for me. **Maybe I just got lucky, but her attitude went a long way to allay my fears after reading all the super bad reviews I poured over as I remained on the long hold.**The Bad: Wait time was very, very long.
