GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-mozart7: tried two numbers, received message that they would call back, waited several hours and no return call received...this is a change from last year when I was able to talk to helpful representatives

GetHuman-mozart7: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mozart7: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mozart7: For that I would say four out of five.
