~bigtimebucks:When i called it started by telling me that the wait time was * minute. I didn't believe that, and sure enough it ended up being ** minutes. When a rep came on the line, he spoke very poor english and could not get my username right to log into my account. i read it to him about ** times and I could tell that he didn't know the difference between a "N" and a "M". After * mins. of him trying, I just ask him to answer my question. He stayed on the phone looking for my answer for about * minutes, and didn't bother to say every now & then, "I'm still looking, please be patient." Instead i could just hear him breathing. This was the worst customer service i have ever had. Oh and the on-hold music, well that sounded like it was from ****. Wow did someone really pick that out?
