~YeracD:This person was slow, not savvy at all about how to handle my grievance. It took a while for her to figure it out (while I was placed on hold for * times). In the end of the conversation, I still have wait ** hours for an email to let me know I will be getting a refund for a TT product I did not use. It is funny how I was still billed for a product "I did not use"...her words. I could not get a refund from TT yet - apparently it takes ** hours to process. Then after I get my email in ** hours telling me I will be refunded for said "product I did not use"...I actually have to wait to get my money for another * - ** business days. In the meantime I still cannot get my **** TT tax data to finish filing for * years ago. The download for **** is corrupt. I hate having to contact Tech Support now in order to finish **** properly. TT is stupid and a waste of time and money.
