~bigtimebucks:This is a follow-up to the bad review i posted yesterday. On a hunch, I called back about ** minutes later hoping to get a different rep that actually spoke English. Wow, what a difference. I could understand the rep and she was very helpful. My problem was quite complex (related to use a mac computer & the on-line version not be compatible on certain parts) and she was able to transfer me to the tech department which did an unbelievable job. Took ** minutes total, but overall i was happy when all was said and done. I know on-line programs are written for windows PC's and then later adapted for the Mac OS, so I was patient. I wish companies would give english test when they hire for customer service positions. My advise, if it sounds like you get a bad rep, hang up and call right back (and keep your fingers crossed).
