~Anonymous:The very nice CS rep patiently took me through all the reasons why my E-file transmission was not going through. Almost all of her suggestions were things I had already done but it was comforting to know I had covered all the bases. By this time (Apr. **th) it is quite possible that now the problem is heavy traffic and an overloaded system, so the solution was to file an extension and wait to again try to E-file the return once the onslaught has died down. The rep made sure I had successfully completed the extension request before terminating the call. Not an ideal solution but a solution.
