~dolby:I have used TurboTax for years but this just might be my last year. The line connection is always poor, as they have been made aware in past years. The reps are poorly equipped to handle problems and answer questions. If you ask for a supervisor you get strangely disconnected. You are on hold between questions forever. TurboTax is pretty tricky about trying to add more charges and makes it very difficult when you try in advance to make changes to lower charges. I don't think that I have ever experienced a CS Rep that has been rude but I do consider being conveniently disconnected is beyond a rude representation of the company.
