~montyrep:Every day for * days I tried to get help. My return was rejected by the IRS. My IRS pin * got deleted and the software would not allow up to re-inter it.* After ** phone calls, ** or more conversation on line with the staff at TurboTax I was blessed with a young man named employer identifier is ***Charles W, and his name is Charles Winterbourne. He did what no one could or would do. All others said it was out of their area of knowlege. I was put on hold time after time messages would state hold time would be less then ** minutes. Not ture never had anyone come back to the phone. Held on one time for just under three hours. Just put the phone on speaker mode. *As I stated above then Mr. Winterbourne came on the line and siad he thought he could help... and he did. On prior calls only two tried to get the system to let me re-input my IRS Pin with no success..BUT this was not a issue with charles he did not give up and finally success.
