~cassio3：Routers and network adapters are extremely complicated devices if you didn't grow up with it -- which I did. I found the techs answered right away, after asking me which department I wanted.**They knew right where the trouble spots were after taking down model number and serial number. I was able to then plan a course of action for troubleshooting these devices. I also as luck would have it got a Squaretrade protection plan, (I don't normally), so I have a little bit of time to test these powerline adaptors.**We must remember that India has good computer science schools, as does much of the world. Just because someone has an accent doesn't mean they can't help you.
