I tried calling back three times, and each time, they forwarded my call between departments and told me they were not able to validate my payment information. So I called with my credit card company on a three way call, but they still could not explain why my ticket was cancelled, nor were they willing to book another ticket. I took my business to expedia, where I had no issues. I later realized they charged a **.** cancellation fee on my card, even though I did not ask for the ticket to be cancelled. I have never seen such horrible service in my life.
