~Smoothswan:Contacted Transunion in response to a duspute I put in due an inaccuracy within my report. Trans Union said they do not conduct the investigation and that the company in questions conducts the investigation and makes the determination. They basically disreguard the consumer fair reporting act and put the burden of proof on the consumer and not the business. This is an on going problem that I also opened a complaint with the FTC. It seems that they outsource customer service to India because all I get are people with a heavy Indian accent when I call.
