Online said they should send a new SIM card, but one service said they had reactivated the phone but I must buy more time, etc. Staff person no. * tried hard despite a bad phone line but ended by saying they would send a new card. After the call I noticed they had deleted all the expensive minutes I had paid for and given me only ** minutes I was forced to buy today. I had used tracfones for ** years without problems, but this time it was a giant rip-off. Despite my bad experience, providing phone numbers that reach humans is a great service, so thanks for that.
