~dbk:This is the second month that I have had with this Company. Last month as well as this one. This Company changed my contract with them, without my request, they took almost **** minutes from my phone and gave me the *** minutes according to the change they made in my contract. I was on the *** minute plan for the past four (*) years but Tracphone took it upon themselves to change my contract plan. I continue to get the run around (as I did last month as well) making phone calls after phone calls to get this problem corrected but with no luck.
