~katie:I was on the phone for * hr ** min to try and solve a problem when porting a number from landline to tracfone. It worked at noon and then by * it didn't. I was transfered to five different people, had to relay the same info five times. Two times the individuals didn't speak good english and I couldn't hear them, third guy was easy to understand, but couldn't hear, the last two were ladies who were absolutely no help at all. They closed the ticket we had with no resolution after we asked them not to. They indicated the problem was our tracfone and we needed to buy a new one. It was close to their quitting time and I think they just wanted to be done with us. Not sure we are going to get our issue resolved. I'm switching to something else. Very angry right now!
