If I were willing to throw away my remaining *** minutes iwould NEVER USE TRACFONE AGAIN!!!!! Dealing with tracfone representatives defeats the purpose of dealing with human beings. It is like dealing with a computer program with very limited responses...no ability to go beyond the script...to understand and respond to a person in a human way. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Customer service...that is an oxyymoron in this case.
