~Chief:Nancy was very helpful and said she would submit a request to correct the spelling of Lynette. All our documents from the Toyota dealer, Kendall in Bend Oregon show the correct spelling. However, the letters we received from Toyota Financial Services in Lake Oswego, Oregon, show the incorrect spelling of Lynnette. I called *** ***-**** and was told I needed to fill out a document and return it in order to have the correct spelling of Lynette on their documents. I explained the problem was at their end and not ours or the dealership. The lady I spoke with said that was the only way to correct the error. I then called *** ***-**** and spoke with Nancy. She said she would take care of the problem.
