I called their customer service *** number and spoke with someone to cancel the order as I was tired of waiting and no longer needed* wanted products. Was told order would be cancelled and would not be charged. On *****- I received an email that the order was shipped - after I cancelled it! They charged my card - I called again and this time they told me it was final sale and no orders can be cancelled and refused to credit my credit card and cancel the order! They have **** complaints on the BBB, their facebook wall is full of complaints, and they refuse to offer any assistance - they have awful customer service and awful products! Go somewhere else!
