~Brent:Took * tries to get someone to not resolve my shipping problem. I was put on hold * times and was disconnected each time, all of them took my phone number but never called back. A supervisor was unwilling to refund my money after waiting ** business days for my shipment, promised to investigate and follow up but never did. I would up buying a new laptop after waiting * weeks and still not receiving my recovery discs, the old laptop was about * months old when the hard drive failed. It seems nobody at Toshiba is willing to help with any issue, I asked for a refund or to have the item shipped overnight and they refused to do either, they were only willing to ship a new item in the normal fashion (multilple shipping companies).
