~JoJo：My experience with a "lemon" laptop- * times return repair within the first * months- and the rude- do nothing but read a script rep- until the third repair and they finally sent me to a US call number- *I will never buy Toshiba again -in fact I will never buy a PC again- $*** will go to Apple next time.*When will these companies figure it out?? They obviously are more concerned with profits than customers.*Just don't buy Toshiba- and stay away from Staples extended warranty- not much better with helping customers.
