When I asked him how long he had been working there, he claimed ** years (had the voice of a ** year old at best) Since he could not figure it out, he continued to claim that it was a problem with my internet service provider. I finally found the answer on the internet that it was a compatability issue with Windows *...seems like a ** year veteran would have maybe seen that before????
