~ballsinyurmouth：I'm having trouble with an external hard drive, their web support is useless, as is their phone support. I had to call two *-*** numbers before getting this *** number. The *** number is long distance and not toll free so I refuse to call it to get help with a product that I paid *** for. I ended up sending them an email, but they don't have a general support email so I had to send it to sales in the hopes that it will find its way. I will never buy another Toshiba product
