The ONLY way to get an order to process is by giving a phone number for them to call you at. If your credit card is good and you don't know why your order is canceled, it is because they could not reach you by phone. They claim this is to protect you against identity theft which is insane. a)Calling you does not accomplish that b)They're not in the business of protecting YOU, c)There is nothing said during the call that "proves" anything. If you can at all avoid it, don't order from toshiba.com, but it in the store or online elsewhere* it's NOT worth the hassle of dealing direct. The phone operators stick exactly to scripts* you can't have any intelligent conversation.
