The guy repeatedly stated this is the cup, I TOLD HIM I DO NOT NEED THE **V. This is what outsourcing is all about. They read from a script and do not deviate. I'm done with TomTom. Very poor customer service. I asked the guy if he is a TomTom employee, long pause then said this is an answering service.
