~sarab:I had called a few times throughout the day and it rang and rang until it finally just hung up. I called again and spoke to a customer service rep (Jamie) and she informed me that they do not currently have a vm system set up so it's best to just keep trying. She was able to assist me in my order questions and I will absolutely be shopping there again because of it. I LOVE my products from Tobi, and even though a few of the items didn't fit me very well- I was able to return them with no issues.
